Arrive 30 minutes before your program to receive the pre-activity orientation. Life jackets are mandatory for all water activities. The dock fee is paid on-site at check-in, before boarding. Cash dollars are not accepted at this location; you may pay by card or in Mexican pesos. A minimum height of 1.20 m is required for snorkel activities. Manatee interaction is subject to specific time slots. In Isla Mujeres, programs admit groups of up to 10 people. If you have any physical or health conditions, contact the operator before booking.
