About Jungala Aqua Experience
Jungala Aqua Experience redefines the water park with a luxury boutique experience in the heart of the Mayan jungle, inside the VidantaWorld Riviera Maya complex. It combines world-class attractions with personalized concierge service, spa amenities, and an immersive tropical setting, just 25 km from Cancún International Airport.
Unlike traditional parks, Jungala limits daily capacity to ensure an intimate experience with no long lines. Every guest receives concierge service included with admission, plus towels, Wi-Fi, showers, lounge chairs, hammocks, and free parking.
Its 10+ water attractions feature technology unique to Mexico: the Hoop Hoop Aqua Loop, the near-vertical Paradise Free Fall, the horizontal loop of Selva Loop, and the multilevel racing of Palm Rattler. Beachside Boomerango and Tropical Whizzard add group fun to the mix.
To relax, the Lazy River winds for over 1 km through waterfalls, caves, and bridges—the longest in Latin America—and the wave pool recreates the sea on a sandy beach. Jacuzzis, private VIP cabanas, and Spa Kuxtal with massages and treatments round out the experience.
