About Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ
JOYÀ is Cirque du Soleil's first resident show in Latin America and one of the most breathtaking experiences in the Riviera Maya. It takes place at the Teatro Cirque du Soleil de Vidanta, built exclusively for the show, in the jungle north of Playa del Carmen.
Join Joyà, a rebellious teenager, on her journey through the jungle and the fantastical world of her grandfather, an old alchemist who wants to share his passion for knowledge. With magical creatures, impossible acrobatics, and live music, the story draws from Mexico's rich culture and traditions.
It is the only Cirque du Soleil show that pairs as creative a dining experience as what happens on stage: a 3-course gourmet dinner with champagne. The show runs 80 minutes with no intermission; with the dinner option, the full evening extends to about 2 hours and 20 minutes.
Available year-round and suitable for the whole family (children from age 3). Choose from four experiences depending on what you want for your night out.
