At the Dolphin Encounter, you and your family enjoy all the affection of dolphins — sweet, playful marine animals that always seem to be smiling. This program is designed for all ages, so your kids can take part in safe and fun activities.
You enjoy this program from a platform that covers half your body, so you don't need to know how to swim. A marine mammal specialist tells you all about these animals while the dolphins greet you, sing to you, and let you pet them.
In addition to the dolphin encounter, your experience includes access to Aquaventuras water park, with educational presentations featuring dolphins and sea lions, plus all the facilities for a full day in Nuevo Vallarta.

Itinerary
- Arrival at the park — Check in at Aquaventuras, Nuevo Vallarta. The dolphin habitat and water park are open every day from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm.
- Educational presentation — A marine mammal specialist gives you a 15-minute introduction about dolphins and their behavior.
- Dolphin encounter — Enjoy about 40 minutes of interaction with the dolphins from a platform, where you pet them, greet them, and receive their affection.
- Water park and meal — Make the most of your access to Aquaventuras water park and its facilities, and enjoy a dish from the swimmers' menu with a fresh agua fresca.

Important
The dolphin habitat and water park are open every day from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm. Life jackets are required for all water programs. Groups have a maximum of 20 people. Cameras are not allowed in the water; professional photos are available for purchase. Children's rates depend on height; those under 1 m are considered infants and must be able to fit a life jacket. The water park is wheelchair accessible.
