Important
Arrive 30 minutes before your program for the briefing. Life vests are mandatory for all water programs. Groups are limited to 20 people for a better experience. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Cameras are not permitted in the water. If you have any physical or health condition, contact the provider's Call Center in advance. The location is wheelchair accessible. US dollars in cash are not currently accepted; only Mexican pesos or card.
