From the garden, you walk a beautiful nearly 2 km trail along the banks of the Río Horcones to Los Veranos Adventure Park. It's a moderate-level route, ideal for those who enjoy light hiking through jungle and riverside scenery.

Back at Los Veranos, you can have fun in the river, paddle a kayak, slide down the water slides, and visit the government-authorized rescued animal sanctuary, home to monkeys, turtles, iguanas, macaws, and toucans.
