The Royal Swim Plus program is the most dynamic dolphin swim at Dolphin Discovery Puerto Aventuras. Share an unforgettable experience with marine mammals alongside your favorite people: swim with dolphins and enjoy dedicated interactions with manatees and sea lions.
The habitat is located within the Puerto Aventuras residential complex, just minutes from Playa del Carmen. You'll enjoy fun activities with the dolphins: greet them, give them a kiss, and let them take you on a high-speed Dorsal Tow and launch you out of the water with the famous Foot Push.
Puerto Aventuras is an eco-friendly planned resort development on the Mexican Caribbean, 20 minutes north of Playa del Carmen and 20 minutes south of the Tulum ruins. The facilities sit on a tropical island with a lagoon, home to the dolphins.
Around the marina you'll find boutiques, cafés, gourmet bakeries, restaurants, and craft shops, so you and your group can enjoy a full day both inside and outside the facilities.

Itinerary
- Arrival and check-in — Arrive 30 minutes before your program to check in and store your belongings in the lockers.
- Briefing — Before swimming, you'll receive a 15-minute briefing covering safety guidelines and what to expect with the dolphins.
- Dolphin swim — Enjoy 60 minutes swimming with dolphins, including the high-speed Dorsal Tow and the famous Foot Push.
- Manatees and sea lions — Spend 15 minutes with manatees in their natural habitat and another 15 minutes with sea lions.
- Buffet meal — Wrap up the experience with a buffet meal that includes drinks and two non-alcoholic cocktails.

Groups at Puerto Aventuras have a maximum of 10 people. Life jackets are mandatory for all water programs. Children taller than 1.40 m may participate on their own and pay the adult rate. For the manatee program, children must be taller than 1 m; for sea lions, taller than 1.40 m. An environmental tax (ISEPAAA) of $3 USD per person is charged on arrival for guests over 6 years old. If you have any physical or health conditions, contact the call center before booking. US dollars in cash are not accepted at this location; cards or Mexican pesos (MXN) only.
